How will I know when my order is ready?

Once you place your order with Supermenu.ca, you will receive an e-mail. This e-mail is your receipt, and also includes the average time your food is expected to be ready for delivery or pickup.

If that time has already passed, contact the restaurant. The phone number of the restaurant will be on your invoice. If you believe the problem is with supermenu.ca, then send us an email and we’ll get to the bottom of the issue.

I’ve already placed my order. Is it too late to change it?

All orders are final from our website. If you would like to make a change to your order, you can negotiate with the restaurant and the payment will be charged by your restaurant.

How will I know if you’ve received my order?

After clicking on “Place Your Order”, your order will be sent directly to the receiving restaurant. At the same time, you will be sent a receipt and confirmation via e-mail. Once you’ve received that e-mail, you can be assured your order has been received and that your food will be ready shortly.

If you don’t receive a confirmation after placing your order, first check your e-mail’s junk folder to make sure it didn’t end up there. If you’ve done that and still don’t see it, send us an email and we’ll check our system to find out what’s gone wrong.

I’m new here. Where do I start?

First of all, click on register and enter your postal address, and you’ll be presented with a list of our member restaurants nearest to you. If you haven’t created a member profile with us yet, now would be a good time to do so. If you’ve already signed up, you can go ahead and click on the restaurant that you would like to order from, choose your meal from the online menu and follow the instructions to place your order. Shortly after, your meal will be ready for pick-up or delivered and you can eat!

Do you charge extra fees for this service?

Nope. Online orders are free. The only cost to you is the actual cost of your meal, plain and simple. And meal costs are always the same or even better than from ordering directly at the restaurant!
